Hello! My name is Casey, I'm the president of NORTH AERO Health & Fitness. When I was growing up I was a chubby kid. The worst part was, I could feel people were always looking down on me. To the bully's I was an easy target, and to any cute girl, 'eww" I didn't exist. But when I decided that enough was enough, that's when things began to change. I set out, put the work in, to become the best I could be.
Fast forward a few decades of learning and experience, and you get todays me. 6 ft tall, 240lb man with chiseled abs, who can one rep max over 350 on flat bench and squat.

I want people to get to their fitness goals in less time than it took me. I want to fast track every person who wishes better for their body and life. And I'll save people money while doing it.
